Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
